Rooms are spacious and clean, really enjoyed the comfy beds. A bit noisy from the hall though at night. Location is perfect; close to the main strip.

Had a clean and modern room with comfy beds and a nice pool area. Parking was limited and difficult, so plan ahead. Breakfast had a good variety too.

The suite was HUGE, super comfy for everyone! One kid in her own bed, another on the pullout. Everyone had space to breathe.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still not too bad for what we got.

Great indoor pool and free parking. Wi-Fi was spotty and check-in took too long.

Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere with excellent customer service and a quick room change when our heater didn’t work properly.
Everything was perfect.

The room was a mixed experience. The bed was very comfortable, providing great support for a good night's sleep. the sofa bed was old, noisy, and uncomfortable. The air conditioning had significant buildup, leading to sneezing; I had to clean it myself. The view from the room was pleasant, but the overall cleanliness was lacking—soiled towels and unclean blow dryers were disappointing. The temperature control worked well, but the noise from the hallway was noticeable. There were small details, like cracked doors, that suggested maintenance could be improved.

The mountain view from the balcony steals the show. The staff serves up kindness like it's their main dish, and breakfast is a daily silver lining with hot options and drinks on tap.
The area around the hotel could really use a makeover.

The rooms were generously sized and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for a good night’s sleep. The location was ideal, close to attractions, and the staff was friendly, making my experience enjoyable despite minor inconveniences.

Location was great and the breakfast was good.
The room had a horrible smell, like old cigarettes. The elevator was out of order during our entire stay.

We stayed at a hotel that seriously dropped the ball. The bathroom door was busted, and we had to beg for towels daily. Plus, the room was filthy—stained carpets and a mattress that looked like it belonged in the trash.

Just a proper fit for a weekend getaway in Gatlinburg with good value for cost. The location was amazing.

Great location and spacious rooms. Easy access to attractions and free parking are definite pluses. The complimentary breakfast was hit or miss. Cold eggs on the first day but improved afterwards. A bit more variety would be appreciated. the property feels dated. The renovation attempts were half-hearted. Requesting connecting rooms resulted in rooms across from each other. Facility cleanliness needs attention—doors marked, gym equipment rusty. The pool area had an unpleasant odor. Communication with staff could improve as well; friendliness was lacking. The electronic amenities were outdated, with several issues encountered. Not ideal, but with some effort, this place could shine.

Your weekend strolls will be a breeze since this hotel is just a block from the bustling Main Street where you can find amazing attractions like the Gatlinburg Pinball Museum and the Gatlinburg Space Needle, and it's great because you can easily walk to a variety of restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy after a day of exploring, plus the rooms are clean and comfortable with good AC and heating, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

We hit up the happening downtown area with non-stop fun. Plus, we geeked out over 400 artifacts in cool galleries! Skiing, shopping, skating, dining, and theme park rides were all in one spot - so epic!
Wished for a lit rooftop bar to turn up the party vibe even more! .

Check-in was a breeze! The room was spotlessly clean, and the giant shower was a luxury I loved. Plus, the breakfast spread had waffles and bacon—what more could you ask for?
Would definitely recommend ❤️❤️

Arriving after a long drive, we found our first room wasn’t ready. Thankfully, the front desk staff were friendly and quickly found us another. The location was perfect for exploring, but the room left much to be desired—mold on the ceiling and a grimy tub. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty options, but the pool was closed without notice. We struggled with old towels piling up and a lack of cleaning service.

The location was spot on, just a quick stroll to the main strip with all the fun stuff. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was spic and span, which is always a plus. The breakfast buffet hit the spot – convenient and tasty to start the day off right.
A big letdown was the room upkeep – it seemed like housekeeping wasn't on their A-game. Towels and linens were hard to come by, and we practically had to play trash duty ourselves.

the hotel was exceptionally clean with a continuous fresh smell throughout. the location was perfect for walking around downtown, and the hotel was just off the beaten path, providing a quiet atmosphere when needed. the pool area was relaxing, surrounded by trees, and we enjoyed it all to ourselves on two occasions. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for activities and dining. the free breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was always accommodating.
Nothing for me 🙂

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main strip, which made exploring the area easy. The availability of hot coffee and cold water 24/7 in the dining room was a nice touch. It was nice not having to worry about where to find a caffeine fix or a refreshing drink throughout the day during my Christmas stay.
The stay was a disappointment. The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired, with stained carpets and mattresses in the rooms.

I discovered the joy of riding roller coasters at Dollywood and exploring the underwater world at Ripley's Aquarium. The scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway was breathtaking. I loved feeling like I was chewing rubber with the terrible breakfast selections.

a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the pros. The location was awesome, super close to the strip, which made it easy to get around and explore. The mattress was surprisingly comfy, which was a nice bonus for a good night's sleep. Now for the not-so-great parts. The room we were given had seen better days. The sink was wonky and looked like it had been hastily fixed with some weird silicone. The bathroom door latch was on its last legs, and the AC unit was a bit temperamental. It was clean enough, but definitely not up to standard. Parking was a bit of a nightmare too. We had to park a couple of streets away, as the hotel lot was tiny. The whole parking situation felt disorganized and inconvenient, especially when told different things by staff. Breakfast was okay, but the breakfast room was cramped, especially for a busy hotel. And the bathroom? Don't get me started. Mold in the tiles, a damp smell in the room, and not enough towels for everyone. Oh, and the service. let's just say it left a lot to be desired. Uncooperative night staff, lack of communication about parking, and no follow-up on issues like a power outage or noisy guests. In the end, the Country Inn could do with some serious upgrades and better attention to detail. It had its good points, but overall, I wouldn't rush back for another stay.

Our family had a blast exploring the vibrant downtown area of Gatlinburg, where every night felt like a party for both kids and adults.
For dads it would be great to have a larger outdoor play area.
